Company terms

Website and service terms

Rules for using Sequoia websites, public information, downloads, and business services.

Effective 28 July 2026

Acceptance and business services

These terms are issued by Sequoia Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Shubham Atkal. By using this website or downloading a Sequoia-provided application, you agree to these terms. Paid subscriptions, implementation, support, and data processing are also governed by the signed Order Form, Master SaaS Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and applicable product schedule.

If public terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.

Permitted use

  • Use services only for lawful business purposes and within assigned roles.
  • Protect credentials and devices; promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Do not probe, bypass, scrape, copy, resell, disrupt, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code except where applicable law expressly permits.
  • Do not upload data you are not authorized to process or share.

Healthcare and customer responsibility

Sequoia software supports administrative, laboratory, reporting, and collaboration workflows. It is not medical advice, a medical device certification, or a substitute for professional judgment.

Customers remain responsible for licences, staff qualifications, lawful processing, test catalogues, methods, units, formulas, reference ranges, interpretations, report authorization, recipients, clinical decisions, accounting, and tax treatment.

Public content and downloads

Application downloads require a compatible device and may require Android installation confirmation. We do not claim silent installation.

Website availability, third-party links, and public information may change. We correct verified errors but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or current.

Ownership and changes

Sequoia and its licensors retain rights in software, branding, documentation, and website content. Customers retain rights in their customer data, subject to the limited processing rights needed to provide the service.

We may update public terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material customer-service changes remain subject to signed agreements and applicable law.

Liability and law

Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For paid customers, warranties, exclusions, liability limits, dispute terms, and Maharashtra jurisdiction are governed by the signed agreement.
