Connect terms

Connect authorized-user terms

Rules for Sequoia owners and referral partners using the Connect web or mobile application.

Effective 28 July 2026

Authorized access

Connect is for Sequoia owners and specifically authorized referral partners. Credentials are personal. A temporary password must be replaced on first use and must not be shared.

Referral-partner responsibilities

  • Obtain appropriate permission before submitting a prospect’s information.
  • Enter accurate, relevant business-contact information and avoid patient or unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Use prospect information only for the authorized referral and follow-up purpose.
  • Do not represent that you can bind Sequoia, guarantee pricing, promise features, or make clinical claims.
  • Report lost devices, compromised credentials, or unauthorized access promptly.

Lead status and commercial entitlement

Sequoia controls product availability, lead status, duplicate handling, conversion decisions, and account activation. Connect’s referral code and conversion count do not by themselves create a commission, employment, agency, territory, or payment right. Any incentive must be stated in a separate written referral arrangement.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not scrape, export without authorization, contact another partner’s leads, submit false or unlawful leads, share credentials, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use Connect for spam, harassment, or unrelated marketing.

Records, suspension, and ending access

Comments and status history are operational records and may not be editable or removable through the app. Sequoia may deactivate access for security, inactivity, misuse, relationship termination, or legal reasons. Relevant CRM and audit records may remain after access ends.

Service boundary

Connect is an online CRM and may change or undergo maintenance. It does not provision customer product tenants, process incentive payouts, or guarantee lead conversion. Sequoia retains rights in the software and branding; users retain rights they lawfully hold in submitted information.
