How Sequoia Technologies handles website, sales, customer-account, support, and customer-controlled service data.
Effective 28 July 2026
Who we are and what this policy covers
Sequoia Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Shubham Atkal provides business software and related onboarding, hosting, support, and release services. This policy covers atkal.site, direct enquiries, commercial relationships, and Sequoia products where a more specific notice does not replace it.
A customer laboratory or clinic normally decides why patient, staff, referrer, supplier, clinical, billing, and operational data is processed. For that customer-controlled data, Sequoia acts as a service provider or processor under the signed agreement and the customer remains responsible for notices, permissions, clinical retention, and authorized recipients.
Information we process
- Website requests, search terms, device and browser details, IP-derived technical logs, and information submitted through enquiries.
- Customer, proprietor, billing, contract, authorized-user, account-security, support, and payment-reference information.
- Product data entered by authorized customers, including patient, staff, doctor, referrer, supplier, laboratory, clinical, report, billing, and operational records when the selected service requires it.
- Connect referral-partner profiles and prospect lead information, as described in the Connect privacy notice.
Why we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, support, bill for, and improve contracted services.
- Authenticate users, enforce roles, investigate abuse, keep operational records, and respond to support or legal requests.
- Onboard customers, manage contracts, demonstrations, trials, renewals, and product communications.
- Process customer-controlled data only for documented service purposes, support, security, backup, or another lawful instruction.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to authorized customer users, infrastructure and support providers, professional advisers, or authorities only when needed for service delivery, security, legal duties, or protection of rights.
Current material infrastructure providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Customer-selected messaging, payment, analyzer, or other integrations may process data under their own terms.
Report links and recipients
Some products let authorized users create or send report links. Anyone who receives a working link may be able to open the linked report. Customers must verify recipients and use available sharing controls appropriately. Sequoia does not promise that every previously shared link can be recalled after a recipient has accessed or copied information.
Retention, rights, and contact
Retention depends on the record, customer instructions, signed agreements, security needs, disputes, and applicable law. Deletion from a live system does not immediately erase protected backups; backup copies expire under the applicable operational cycle and are used only for recovery.
Requests may be sent to sequoiatechnologies.in@gmail.com. We may verify identity and authority. Requests concerning patient or staff data controlled by a customer are normally referred to that customer and supported under the applicable agreement.
