Who uses Connect

Connect is Sequoia Technologies’ single-company CRM. Sequoia creates owner and authorized referral-partner accounts; there is no public self-registration.

Information in Connect

• Partner name, phone, optional email, address, city, role, referral code, account state, and password hash.
• Prospect name, business, phone, optional email/address/city, product interest, source, campaign, notes, comments, demo schedule, status history, and external customer reference.
• Authentication, timestamps, service requests, and IP-derived server or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Use and visibility

Sequoia uses this information to authenticate users, receive and manage leads, coordinate follow-ups and demos, record conversions, support users, and protect the service.

Owners can view all Connect records. A referral partner is limited by backend authorization to leads that partner submitted and may add comments to those leads. Connect reports converted counts for offline business review; it does not create a commission balance or automatic payout entitlement.

Prospect information

Referral partners must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission before sharing a prospect’s contact details. Connect must not be used to store patient reports, diagnoses, prescriptions, Aadhaar, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Hosting, retention, and requests

Connect runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Production traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are adaptively hashed, and access is role-scoped.

Account access can be deactivated. Eligible profile data may be deleted or anonymized after verification, while CRM, conversion, security, audit, contract, or dispute records may be retained or reassigned. Protected backups expire under the current operational cycle. Requests may be sent to sequoiatechnologies.in@gmail.com.
